With the , , and all in the market for an edge rusher, they should be keeping an eye on the . That's because, according to , the Giants are expected to trade edge rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux this offseason. "Based on conversations with teams that met with New York, the sense is they would prefer to [trade Thibodeaux]. They are actively exploring trade options. Harbaugh, Aponte and Schoen must determine the appropriate value," Hughes Griffin Mcdowell Jersey reported. Hughes goes on to add that league sources believe the Giants won't get more than a fourth-round pick for Thibodeaux. "Most league sources SNY contacted found it difficult to envision a team parting with more than a fourth-round pick for Thibodeaux," Hughes said, before adding that "league sources expect New York to ultimately move him." It's understandable why Thibodeaux's value is as low as it is. Not only is in entering the , but Thibodeaux's production has been lackluster the past two seasons and he has battled injuries in that span. On the flip side, Thibodeaux has shown flashes of excellence, and namely during a 2023 season in which he posted 11.5 sacks. He is also still just 25 years old, so Thibodeaux could prove to be a long-term solution if he pans out and earns a contract extension. Could Bills, Bears, Raiders, Patriots have interest? There's definitely a world where all four of these teams at least make a call to New York. The Raiders could very well trade Maxx Crosby, and the team might have to replace Malcolm Koonce, who is a pending free agent. In Buffalo, Joey Bosa is likely not coming back after disappearing in the second half of last season. The Bills will need a replacement opposite Greg Rou seau. The Patriots have Harold Landry under contract, but K'Lavon Chai son is a pending free agent and if he garners a big enough raise, New England might go in a different direction. As for the Bears, they are in a similar boat to the Patriots and Bills in that they need more juice opposite their best pa s-rusher, which is Montez Sweat.
